Dauphin Kennels guarantees, that to the best of my knowledge, this puppy is free of any disease, and or physical defects,
(except as noted) at the time of sale. This guarantee is valid only if pup is checked by a Veterinarian within 48 hours
(excluding holidays and weekends) from date of purchase, at the buyers expense. I must be informed immediately of the
examinations results by e-mail. Failure to do this, will result in this guarantee becoming void. We sell Pet Quality
Puppies, we do not make any promise in regard to the pups ability to breed, adult size and weight, temperament or the
ability to do well in the show ring.
As a new puppy owner, you must be aware of the responsibility of caring for your new puppy. Regular health examinations
and inoculations are required. Failure to provide the puppy with timely inoculations or regular Veterinary care will
void this guarantee. Buyer is responsible for all Veterinary cost.
In the event that the puppy is found to have a LIFE THREATENING, congenital or genetic defect that
cannot be treated by medication or surgery, a statement from the attending Veterinarian must be presented to me, stating
medical reasons for returning the puppy. Seller reserves the right to have a second opinion to determine the defect.
If puppy is found to have a LIFE THREATENING congenital defect, a replacement puppy, of equal value, will be provided.
A refund of the price of the puppy will be provided only if replacement puppy is not available. Shipping cost are $300.00
and will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for returning original puppy at buyers expense and paying for shipping
of replacement puppy. If puppy has to be euthanized, an autopsy must be performed at buyers expense. Results must
be sent to me, to be examined by my Veterinarian.
This guarantee is valid from 1 year from date of purchase and is non-transferable. Buyer must have all immunizations
performed by a licensed Veterinarian. Records must be kept to document these visits.
This Guarantee does not cover any type of inheritable defects beyond the guarantee date. We are not responsible
if puppy develops a cold, watery eyes, cherry eyes, diarrhea, Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), Hernias or any infectious disease.
These things are preventable or treatable with medicine or surgery. Owner must provide the puppy with a clean healthy
environment in which to live, as well as quality food, clean water, medical care, along with patience and understanding.
Failure to do so can result in the death of your puppy.
I love my puppies, I want them to be cared for and loved, for the rest of their lives. If you don't know anything
about raising a puppy, do research, find out as much as possible before making the decision to become a pet owner. I
will answer as many questions as I can. If I don't know the answer, I will find out for you. If your puppy
displays any indication of poor health, not eating, diarrhea, coughing, contact me immediately.
